📌Terms & Conditions – Noya Bazzar

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী:

ক)noyabazzar.xyz থেকে কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

খ)আমরা পণ্য, মূল্য, অফার এবং শর্তাবলী যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

২. অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি:

ক)অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।

খ)অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে ফোন বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারকে অবহিত করা হবে।

গ)ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ২-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয় (লোকেশন ভেদে সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে)।

ঘ)ডেলিভারির সময় কুরিয়ার / ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে অবশ্যই প্যাকেজ চেক করে নিবেন। নয়াবাজার কর্তৃক ডেলিভারীকৃত পণ্যে কোন ধরনের সমস্যা থাকলে সাথে সাথেই রিটার্ন করা যাবে।এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই প্যাকেজিং খোলার সময় ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে এবং তা আমাদের কাছে  প্রমাণ স্বরূপ সাবমিট করতে হবে।

৩. পেমেন্ট:

ক)আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট উভয়ই গ্রহণ করি।

খ)হোলসেল ও কাস্টম অর্ডারের জন্য অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য।

৪. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড:

ক)শুধুমাত্র ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে ইনস্ট্যান্ট রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে।

খ)পণ্য অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং সহ ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।

গ)ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় (যদি না আমাদের ভুলের কারণে ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়)।

ঘ)গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন প্রক্রিয়ায় পণ্যের রঙ বা চেহারায় সামান্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, যা আসল পণ্যের তুলনায় ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে।এক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

ঙ)গ্রাহক যদি কোন ভুল পণ্য অর্ডার করে থাকেন, সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে  সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করে পণ্যটি আমাদের স্টকে থাকা সাপেক্ষে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।

চ)নয়াবাজার কর্তৃক ডেলিভারীকৃত পণ্যে কোন ধরনের সমস্যা থাকলে অথবা  পণ্যের স্টক ফুরিয়ে যাওয়া বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে পণ্যটি প্রেরণ করা  না গেলে গ্রাহকদের  প্রদান কৃত ডেলিভারি চার্জ নয়াবাজার প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকিবে।

৫.নন-রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্যঃ

ক)কিছু পণ্য যেমন অন্তর্বাস, ব্যাক্তিগত ব্যবহার্য পণ্য, এবং বিশেষ ছাড়ের পণ্যগুলো রিটার্নের আওতায় পড়ে না।

খ)ডিজিটাল পণ্য রিটার্নের আওতায় পড়ে না।

৬. মেধাস্বত্ব:

ক)noyabazzar.xyz এর কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন ও ছবি অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

ক)আমরা ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এবং মার্কেটিং টুলের সাথে কাজ করি। শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয়।

৫. পলিসি পরিবর্তন:

ক)এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসি সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট হতে পারে এবং নতুন সংস্করণ noyabazzar.xyz এ প্রকাশিত হলে তাৎক্ষণিক কার্যকর হবে।

1. General Terms:

a) By purchasing from noyabazzar.xyz, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

b) We reserve the right to change products, prices, offers, and terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Delivery:

a) To confirm an order, an advance payment of the delivery charge is required.

b) Once the order is confirmed, customers will be notified via phone or email.

c) Delivery is usually completed within 2–5 business days (time may vary depending on location).

d) Please check the package in front of the courier/delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any issue is found with the product delivered by Noya Bazzar, it must be returned immediately. In such cases, you are required to record an unboxing video as proof and submit it to us.

3. Payment:

a) We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.

b) Advance payment is mandatory for wholesale and custom orders.

4. Return & Refund:

a) Only incorrect or defective products are eligible for instant return.

b) The product must be returned unused, intact, and with the original packaging.

c) Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the wrong product was sent due to our mistake).

d) Due to the graphic design process, slight variations in color or appearance may occur compared to the actual product. Returns are not accepted on this basis.

e) If the customer orders the wrong product, they must pay the full delivery charges for return or exchange (subject to product availability in our stock).

f) If a product delivered by Noya Bazzar has any issue, or if the product cannot be shipped due to stock unavailability or natural disaster, Noya Bazzar is obligated to refund the paid delivery charge to the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Products:

a) Certain items such as undergarments, personal-use items, and specially discounted products are non-returnable.

b) Digital products are also non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property:

a) All content, designs, and images on noyabazzar.xyz are protected and may not be used without prior permission.
